Banana Chocolate Chip Bread
•2 cups Mrs. Butterworth's Buttermilk Complete Pancake Mix
•1 tablespoon brown sugar
•1 cup mashed banana
•1/2 cup Mrs. Butterworth's Original Syrup
•1/4 cup water
•1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
•1/2 cup chopped pecans
1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Mix together pancake mix, brown sugar, banana, syrup and water. Stir until moistened. Batter will be lumpy.
2.Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour batter into pan. Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.
