Scrambled Eggs
This recipe is for one person. Multiply as needed.
2 eggs
1 Tbsp/15 mL milk
1 Tbsp/15 mL butter
Over a small bowl, hit each egg firmly with a knife. Open the shell and let the egg slide into the bowl. Discard the shells. Add the milk to the bowl. Stir with a fork until the mixture is well blended. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Put the butter in the skillet. When it has melted and is beginning to bubble, pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Wait until the eggs set a bit, then give them a good stir. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the eggs are cooked just the way you like them. Serve with toast.
